GharBite ("we") connects customers in Lucknow with local home tiffin services. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and phone number.
- Delivery addresses you save, including area and landmark.
- Orders, subscriptions, reviews and favourites you create on the platform.
- For tiffin partners: business name, kitchen address, menu, photos and FSSAI licence details.
How we use it
- To show tiffin services near you and to place and deliver your orders.
- To share your name, phone number and delivery address with the tiffin partner you order from, only for that order or subscription.
- To send account emails such as password reset links.
- To keep the platform safe, for example to block abusive accounts and remove fake reviews.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not show your phone number or address to other customers.
Storage and security
- Data is stored with our hosting and database provider (Supabase). Passwords are never stored in plain text.
- Photos uploaded by tiffin partners (logo, cover, dish photos) are publicly visible on the website.
Your choices
- You can edit your name, phone and addresses from your Profile. To delete your account, email us at mishraprajjwal58@gmail.com.
